$250.00 after December 1, 2011
Classic Permit $125.00. available all season for sleds model year 1997 or older - a minimum of 15 years old (see below for permit selling locations)
7-day Permits $140.00
3-day Permits $100.00
Replacement $10.00 (available only from Club executives)

Classic Permit Selling Outlets:

Classic Permits are only available through the OFSC District Offices. Click this "Classic permit" button to complete the form and mail it along with a copy of your ownership and payment to:
